Next New Networks, the new media company creating branded micro-networks on the Internet, today announced it has additional partners in its super distribution strategy of making its shows available on many platforms where audiences come together. By implementing this strategy, the company is creating a virtual network, thereby massively increasing its access to frequent video viewers as well as to targeted communities.
The series of partnership deals includes leading online distributors such as YouTube, TiVo, blip.tv, Dailymotion, DivX Stage6, Joost, Veoh, Pando, Vuze, HandHeld Entertainment, and TVTonic. Next New Networks' branded networks, including IndyMogul, Channel Frederator, and Fast Lane Daily will now be available on a variety of platforms including TVs, computers and mobile devices.
These new distribution partnerships solidify the company's position as one of the most widely distributed and diversified video content providers on the web. Next New Networks has also established a partnership with syndicator ROO Group for targeted distribution of its individual networks and has signed distribution relationships for several of its individual networks with more targeted content sites such as CNET.com and Brides.com.
"Next New Networks values its distribution partnerships as together we create a footprint that reaches the communities we create programming for and allows us, with our partners, an opportunity to create marketing solutions for advertisers that reach across the Internet," said Herb Scannell, co-founder and CEO, Next New Networks. "We are believers in going where audiences are and we embrace the concept of having our shows and networks in many places in addition to our own sites."
