Radio Fest Starts Tomorrow

WITH the goal of exchanging advertising strategies as well as to acknowledge support from loyal advertisers and clients of the radio industry, Malaysian Association of Commercial Radio Operators will hold its inaugural Radio Fest tomorrow.

The Radio Fest-Conference will take place at 9am on the first of the two-day affair.

Notable speakers includes AirAsia Bhd group chief executive officer Datuk Tony Fernandes and Heard executive creative directors, Kevin Best and John Dickson. They will give talks on how the radio industry can build and strengthen businesses.

The Radio Fest Gala Dinner will take place on Friday with the highlight being the presentation of industry awards, including Radio Advertiser Of The Year for the government and private sectors, Radio Agency Of The Year and New Client Of The Year.

Each winner will walk away with advertising airtime worth up to RM160,000.

There will also be performances by Noryn Aziz, Estranged, Adam, John and DJ Uno.
