Libsyn and Wizzard Media V.P.'s Elected to Association for Downloadable Media

Wizzard Software (OTCBB: WIZD), parent company of ad sales division Wizzard Media as well as podcasting division Liberated Syndication, congratulates Chris MacDonald, founder of the IndieFeed Network and Executive Vice President of Business Development and Operations for Libsyn PRO, and Rob Walch, founder of podCast411 and Vice President of Podcaster Relations for Wizzard Media, who have been elected to the inaugural Board of the Association for Downloadable Media (ADM).
MacDonald was elected as the Chairman of the Executive Board. In this position, he will direct ADM's efforts to facilitate the rapid expansion of downloadable media and encourage advertisers to follow the current, fast-growing consumption trends of online, portable and at-home audiences.
Walch was elected as the Committee Chair for Education & Outreach and will work to coordinate and drive the ADM's efforts to spread the word about the benefits of podcasting and downloadable media to agencies and mainstream media
Formed in 2007, the ADM is focused on providing standards for advertising and audience measurement for episodic and downloadable media available in a variety of platforms, and will work in collaboration with content creators, advertisers, media networks, and related industry associations to achieve that goal. The ADM is a unique affiliation of individual publishers, RSS media service companies, broadcasters, media measurement organizations and working experts from public relations and advertising companies, all of whom share a vested interest in the commercial success of downloadable media.
