13 Die in Philippines Crash

A minibus collided with a large truck in the southern Philippines Tuesday, killing 13 people and injuring eight more, it was reported.
The ANTARA news agency reported that a Philippines TV network, ABS-CBN, said the truck crashed into the minibus near Carmen in North Cotabato Province about 9 a.m. Police were investigating the cause.
