Signature Devices to Acquire Ascended Entertainment

Signature Devices, a provider of computer systems, software and electronic products, has signed an agreement to acquire Ascended Entertainment, a personal computer game development company.
Under the agreement, Signature Devices will gain all assets belonging to Ascended Entertainment. The company has agreed to finance the acquisition through a small cash payment.
Signature Devices has reported that the acquisition of Ascended Entertainment, will give it complete control of its website, as well as the rights to Pandora Studios.
The agreement will also include a full transfer of Ascended Entertainment's Artificial Studios Reality engine and control over the development of the company's video game, Red Cell Ascended Entertainment, will change its name to Ascended Entertainment as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Signature Devices.
Kenneth Hurley, CEO of Signature Devices and Graffiti Entertainment, said: "We are very excited about acquiring Ascended Entertainment. Following the acquisition, we will continue to market and promote Ascended Entertainment and its work as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Signature Devices."
