Israel Chooses Eurovision Entry

Boaz Mauda will sing “Ke’ilu Kan” (As If Here), a song written by Dana International, at the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest in Belgrade.
The song was chosen by television viewers in a Channel 2 vote on Tuesday night.
Mauda was a winner on the popular television show Kochav Nolad (A Star is Born), while Dana International won the Eurovision in 1998.
