Devine Entertainment Broadens Distribution in Fast-Growing Eastern Europe Marketplace With Unique DVD Agreement in Romania

Devine Entertainment Corporation (OTCBB:DVNNF), seeking to capitalize on the burgeoning global demand for high quality film and television content, has reported another sales success under its ongoing foreign-language distribution strategy with an innovative agreement to expand into the educational children's and young adult marketplace in Romania.
Under the agreement, ODS BS SRL (ODS Business Services) of Bucharest, Romania, will insert DVDs of Devine's film and television library into a variety of specialized educational magazines and publications throughout Romania. ODS's optical disc service division has the largest DVD manufacturing capacity in all of Europe.
The ODS agreement further monetizes Devine's proprietary library of award-winning film and television programming, including 19 of Devine Entertainment's critically acclaimed children's films and franchise titles. The 19 films include Beethoven Lives Upstairs, as well as the Company's successful franchise series, The Composers' Specials, The Inventors' Specials and The Artists' Specials.
The ODS deal continues a series of successful international sales under Devine's foreign-language distribution initiatives with the Carrere Group of France, and follows recently announced television distribution deals with companies based in Mexico, Hungary and Poland.
"One of the most important aspects of this agreement is the innovative nature of the insert-based distribution that ODS plans to employ to get our titles to consumers and audience members throughout Romania," said David Devine, President and Chief Executive Officer. "This opens up a unique new channel of distribution that we anticipate will contribute substantially to the revenue stream our content library is already generating."
Devine's library of film and television includes titles aimed at the family and educational marketplace, as well as titles for mainstream entertainment demographic age groups. Devine's multi-title franchises and other film titles include tales about history's most important scientists, artists and composers -- acclaimed by both critics and educators worldwide. Devine Entertainment has been decorated with more than 120 entertainment industry awards, including Emmy Awards from the United States, Gemini Awards in Canada, among others.
