Roots Music to Rock Sangerville Grange
SANGERVILLE – The final concert in the East Sangerville Grange’s Coffeehouse series will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 5, with Maine’s premier American roots music ensemble, Evergreen, and the Slightly Off-Center Players community theater group.
The Slightly Off-Center Players will, for the first time, venture beyond the walls of The Center Theatre and bring their talents to the Grange to perform a one-act comedy from the series that will be presented the next week at the theater. Also on the schedule is Chad Poland, who will perform an outtake from “Fiddler on the Roof” in which he is the lead in a coming production.
Admission is $10 in advance or $12 at the door. The grange will sell refreshments and coffee. Tickets are available at Mr. Paperback in Dover-Foxcroft and Hudson Avenue Florists in Guilford. For additional information or reservations, please call Alan Bray at 564- 2722.
