The election could see conservative media mogul Silvio Berlusconi return to power for a third time.His main challenge is centre-left leader Walter Veltroni, a former mayor of Rome.Both men have vowed to reinvigorate the economy with tax cuts and reduced bureaucracy.Early results are expected this evening.
