Wizzard Media (AMEX: WZE), the world's largest podcasting network, is pleased to announce that Skip Fredricks, Senior Vice President of Content Development for Wizzard, has been selected as a VIP speaker at the 2008 National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Show going on this week through April 17th at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Fredricks will serve as a panelist for the session "Broadband, Mobile & New Ventures in Content: Mobilizing Entertainment" being held April 16th at 11:00 a.m. in the Las Vegas Convention Center Content Theater. Fredricks and fellow panel members will focus on strategies for successfully creating and producing mobile content, as well as tactics for content monetization. The panel will feature other industry experts from leading media forces, including executives from Fishman Productions, Nielsen Mobile and Sony Pictures Television International.
Two-time Emmy nominee Skip Fredricks has won 40 Telly Awards for his work in live extreme sports. Fredricks oversees the production of content for distribution over a broad range of new media outlets including streaming web video, cell phones and podcasts.
Fredricks' two Emmy nominations resulted from his work on the nationally-syndicated XSTV, which he created in 1998 for Fox Sports. In addition to FOX Sports, Fredricks has produced content for HBO's The Sopranos and Entourage, as well as Universal Pictures.
