Khan Called As Witness in Copyright Case

A New Delhi magistrate says he has called Bollywood actor and filmmaker Aamir Khan to testify in a copyright case involving pirated DVDs of his film Lagaan.
The magistrate, Jagdish Kumar, issued a summons for Khan to appear in court Feb. 10, 2009, the Indo-Asian News Service reported Tuesday.
Khan had been scheduled to appear in court Tuesday, but failed to do so. That appearance had been set last year, IANS said.
