Wizzard Media Partners With Independent Music Label iRecords in Landmark Content Distribution Deal
Wizzard Media (AMEX: WZE), the world’s largest podcasting network, announced today that it has signed a groundbreaking global content distribution agreement with iRecords, an independent music label based in Hollywood, California. This relationship creates a strong and innovative tie between new and exciting music labels and the global music community.
Under the agreement, iRecords will bring its dynamic music videos and music-related content to Wizzard Media to distribute to the more than 2.6 billion mobile users and music lovers worldwide. The library will include both classic music videos as well as music videos of new and emerging artists, covering all music genres and ethnic groups.
Additionally, exclusive and candid behind-the-scenes footage of music producers, writers and artists during both recording sessions and back stage interviews to live performances will be included. This innovative and groundbreaking approach will directly connect artists and producers with faithful fans and introduce them to a vast new audience. To kick-off this new partnership, breakout sister-act Jewel and Blaire Restaneo will debut their new original music to a global community through Wizzard’s online channels in the coming weeks.
