Greater China Media and Entertainment Corporation Starts Shooting 'Rose Thorn'

BEIJING, May 23 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Greater China Media & Entertainment Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: GCME) , an integrated professional media and entertainment company, announced that Beijing HuaDing Century International Cultural Limited Corp. ("Beijing HuaDing"), a local Chinese company whose 70% interest is owned by an affiliate of GCME, has started shooting "Rose Thorn", a 24 episode TV series in Beijing.
Mr. LiChun Li, a prominent Taiwanese actor who rose to fame on stage, Mr. Qian Cheng, actor and host of China's popular TV program "Zheng Da Zong Yi" and Ms. Bowie Tsang, also from Taiwan and best known for her singing and acting talents, will all appear on "Rose Thorn". "Rose Thorn" is a comedy/drama that focuses on how a brother and sister help others find solutions to family problems. The approach is both fun and touching and underscores the interconnectedness among family members.

The series recently finished shooting.
