Online Performance Marketing Pioneer Bolsters iFlipit(TM) Executive Management Team

The SilverCarrot Group of Companies, a pioneer in online technologies, today announced the appointment of Tracy Saalfrank, Vice President for Sales and John McGeehan, Vice President for Product Development. The new hires reflect growing momentum behind the groundbreaking iFlipit(TM) technology.

Saalfrank, whose background includes 20 years in senior leadership positions in traditional and new media advertising sales organizations, will partner with Mike Sisto, Vice President for Sales & Agency Relations at SilverCarrot. Together they will accelerate the Company's efforts to increase iFlipit(TM) acceptance among advertisers and agencies.

Before joining SilverCarrot, Saalfrank directed global marketing initiatives for the E.Solutions Marketing Services unit of Dallas-based EDS. Prior to joining EDS, Saalfrank established her own promotions agency, Reliance Marketing Group, which she grew from start-up to a multi-million dollar organization that later merged with Eventive Marketing. Eventive was acquired by Omnicom in 2005.

McGeehan joins SilverCarrot from interactive giant OgilvyOne where he led teams responsible for user experience, application development, banners, gaming and e-mail technologies. At OgilvyOne, McGeehan oversaw staff engagements representing millions of dollars in annual revenue.
