British rock star Ozzy Osbourne, along with his wife and two of his children, reportedly are to star in a new hourlong TV variety show.
Variety.com said the Fox network has given a six-episode order for the as-yet-untitled show, which will feature Ozzy, Sharon, Jack and Kelly Osbourne as co-hosts.
Mike Darnell, Fox's president of alternative programming, told the entertainment industry trade paper the show is to be something along the lines of The Sonny and Cher Comedy Hour or Donny and Marie, and will feature musical performances by the Osbournes and others, as well as comedy sketches, audience participation and out-of-studio taped elements.
Darnell told Variety.com he hopes to kick off the Los Angeles-set series with a Christmas special.
The family previously starred in the popular reality show The Osbournes.
