Jul. 17–The Fort Wayne Civic Theatre recently announced the winners of its Anthony Awards for performances during the community theater’s 2007-2008 season.

Winners are:

–Outstanding Dance Performance

Female: Leah Heet, “Once Upon a Mattress”

Male: Morgan Stillman, “Beauty and the Beast” and “Once Upon a Mattress”

–Outstanding Juvenile Performance

Duncan Smith, “Beauty and the Beast”

–Outstanding Performance in an Ensemble Role

Play, Female: Katey Wilks, “A Woman Called Truth”

Play, Male: Bruno Martinsky, “A Woman Called Truth”

Musical, Female: Tracy Coughlin and Shannon Cuykendall, “The Melody Lingers On: The Songs of Irving Berlin”

Musical, Male: Morgan Stillman, “The Melody Lingers On: The Songs of Irving Berlin”

–Outstanding Performance in a Supporting Role

Play, Female: Heather Brackeen, “Shadowlands”

Play, Male: Christopher Murphy, “Shadowlands”

Musical, Female: Julia Goodall, “Once Upon a Mattress”

Musical, Male: Adam Knott, “Little Shop of Horrors”
