Win Two Tickets to This Year’s Global Gathering

July 21, 2008

Global Gathering is back as a full twoday festival after its expansion from a one-day affair in 2005. The event is one of the original dance music festivals and always packs in the biggest names from the genre with the likes of Faithless, 2Many DJs and Paul Van Dyk all performing last year.

Friday has the eclectic live acts performing across many arenas from around 5pm until 2am. Then the dance dons grab their headphones and pump out tunes on the ones and twos all through Saturday until dawn.

Away from the music there is an adrenaline village with a bungee jump and other extreme rides, a fairground, hot-air balloon trips, an open air cinema, and a chill out village for ravers who need a break from the beats.

Headliners this year include Kanye West, (pictured) a Global exclusive, plus Mark Ronson, John Digweed, Moby and Felix Da Housecat.

The event is open to over-18s only and tickets cost pounds 126.50 each. More information on globalgathering.co.uk As the official cider of Global Gathering, Strongbow are offering one lucky winner the chance to win a pair of tickets to the festival on July 25 and 26.
