LOS ANGELES, July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Project ETHOS, known as the "Sundance Film Festival of Gen Y fashion, music and art," is a bi-annual, red carpet event in Los Angeles that showcases all emerging Millennial Generation forms of creativity in one house on one night (http://www.projectethos.com/). "Pop Universe" features seven clothing lines, two accessory lines, three bands and ten artists. Kerri Kasem will host the event, taking place on September 26 from 8pm to 2am at the Avalon in Hollywood on 1735 Vine Street. The popular venue will be transformed into an all sensory experience of psychedelic 60s icons, 80s neon color palettes, innovative tunes, hip new trends and original pop art. Adored entertainers will mingle throughout the crowd while 50 sexy models walk the catwalk and guests sip on refreshments from five bars. A "Glow in the Dark" VIP after party will follow at Honey, located adjacent to the Avalon. Sponsors include BORBA, KIIS FM, Covenant House, Sean Healy Presents, Chocolate Sun, SiTV and more. Tickets are $25 pre-sale and $30 day-of and can be purchased online: http://www.projectethos.com/.
Project ETHOS exposes undiscovered artists in fashion design, visual arts and music. "Pop Universe will unveil fresh faces who are all under 27 years of age," said Project ETHOS co-founder and CEO Jason Peskin. "Project ETHOS has been able to forecast the successes of emerging artists such as One Republic, signed to Interscope Records, Totalitee Apparel, once available at Nordstrom, and Colbie Calliat, signed with Universal Republic. Sixty visual artists have been featured with their works being sold on site and the profit going directly to them."
By merging fashion, music and art into one giant display of genius, Project ETHOS creates an innovative form of exposure for artists, a new scouting location for talent representatives, and a fresh outing for event goers. Project ETHOS is on a mission to provide opportunity for previously unrecognized talent. With a potent ear to the street, the ETHOS team seeks out extraordinarily talented, fresh faces, creating a link to decision makers and industry professionals. Project ETHOS is the next generation of exposing all artistry to the media, public and industry.
