New Nas CD Tops U.S. Album Chart

Nas’s new untitled CD is No. 1 on the U.S. album chart this week, Billboard.com reported Wednesday.
Coming in at No. 2 on The Billboard 200 is Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter III, followed by the soundtrack to the movie musical Mamma Mia! at No. 3, Coldplay’s Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends at No. 4 and the soundtrack to Disney’s Camp Rock at No. 5.
Rounding out the top 10 are Kid Rock’s Rock N Roll Jesus at No. 6, John Mellencamp’s Life Death Love and Freedom at No. 7, David Banner’s The Greatest Story Ever Told at No. 8, Taylor Swift’s Beautiful Eyes at No. 9 and Rihanna’s Good Girl Gone Bad at No. 10.
