‘Seinfeld’ Mom: Jerry’s Been Out of Touch
U.S. actress Liz Sheridan says she doesn’t know how to get in touch with Jerry Seinfeld, who played her son on the sit-com Seinfeld for nine years.
The New York Post said Sheridan is eager to get her 2000 memoir Dizzy & Jimmy: My Life with James Dean — A Love Story made into a movie and wants Seinfeld’s help.
Sheridan said in an interview with BlogTalkRadio that aired Tuesday the most important thing in the whole world to her is seeing her book, which recalls her brief engagement to the late film icon in the 1950s, adapted as a film.
The Post said the BlogTalkRadio interviewer asked Sheridan, If you had the ability to have dinner tonight with anyone in history, who would it be and why?
The actress is quoted as answering: Jerry Seinfeld. Why? I’d ask him to help me raise the money for my movie.
Told by the interviewer that Seinfeld probably would help her if she called him, Sheridan reportedly said: I don’t even know how to get in touch with him. He’s got so many ‘people’ in front of him, you can’t get to him. And I don’t have his phone number.
