U.S. singers Jack White and Alicia Keys have recorded the musical theme for the new James Bond film, say the producers of Quantum of Solace.
Their song, Another Way To Die, is the first duet in Bond history.
Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, the film's producers, announced the collaboration Tuesday.
White, the frontman for The White Stripes, also wrote and produced, as well as played drums, on the Bond theme.
The soundtrack to Quantum of Solace is to be released by J Records Oct. 28. The movie, starring Daniel Craig as suave secret agent James Bond, is to hit theaters worldwide in November.
We are delighted and pleased to have two such exciting artists as Jack and Alicia, who were inspired by our film to join together their extraordinary talents in creating a unique sound for 'Quantum of Solace,' Wilson and Broccoli said in a statement.
