Summer’s Ear and Dustin Pays Zoo a Trunk Call

HE’S better known as the TV bird with the fowl mouth but yesterday Dustin The Turkey treated some lucky children to a trip to Dublin Zoo.
And the competition winners, who were selected on 2FM’s Nikki Hayes show, even made a trunk call to the elephant enclosure, where Dustin surprised them.
The special tour was part of the Birds Eye Good Mood Teatime Party, which was held in the Polo Club in Phoenix Park afterwards.
An onlooker said: “They had a wild time.”
