Daleks Invade Proms Night
DOCTOR Who’s arch-rival Davros took centre stage at the Proms yesterday.
The special concert featured music used throughout the BBC Wales- filmed show, as well as classical favourites from composers including Holst and Wagner. The Prom was based on the theme of space and time.
Actress Freema Agyeman, who played one of the Doctor’s assistants in the show, which is filmed in Cardiff, hosted the event at London’s Royal Albert Hall.
Russell T Davies wrote a special scene for the Prom featuring David Tennant, the actor who plays the Doctor in the show.
He said: “We’ve had a brilliant time.
If you were in the Royal Albert Hall, you would have had a unique Doctor Who experience
