ITALIAN prime minister Silvio Berlusconi, 71, has touched up an art masterpiece because too much breast was exposed, it emerged yesterday.
He became worried cameras would focus on a naked woman in Giambattisto Tiepolo’s painting Time Unveiling Truth, which hangs behind him during media briefings.
