Acclaimed Indie Stars to Play the Pavilion
Top-selling rock band Travis have announced they will be playing at the Bath Pavilion later this year.
The four-piece will perform in the city on October 6 as part of a UK tour.
Featuring Fran Healy (vocals and guitar), Dougie Payne (bass), Andy Dunlop (guitar) and Neil Primrose (drums), Travis have twice been awarded British album of the year at the BRIT Awards, and are credited with paving the way for bands such as Coldplay, Keane and Snow Patrol.
They have released five studio albums, beginning with their debut, Good Feeling, in 1997. Their latest, The Boy With No Name, was released in 2007.
The band release a new single, Something Anything, on September 15. The tour will coincide with the launch of their sixth studio album, Ode To J Smith.
