Notting Hill Full of Delights
August 26, 2008
DANCERS, drums and delights – the Notting Hill Carnival ended last night with the 750,000-plus crowd who thronged the streets of West London agreeing they’d had a fantastic time. Revellers at the festival cheered and clapped the colourful floats, costumed dancers moved to the music and even partied with police – who only made 154 arrests over the weekend. Not bad from such a packed parade.
