Business League Takes New Format

ASIA-PACIFIC Media has revamped its Business Performance League for both creative and media agencies to provide greater transparency of data. As previously, agencies are ranked on their performance in the year to date. Nielsen Media Research has been brought in to verify billings information. However, as the methodology has changed, data from earlier months cannot be included, meaning that the year to date starts with this month's table.

The change has affected the position of some agencies. For example, OMD, which headed the media rankings previously on the back of its huge Intel win, is now further down the table following the recent loss of a slice of the Amway business.
