Maine-Made Movie Available at the Fair

OXFORD – The Youth Music Scholarship Project of the Countryfolk Music Theatre will have a booth at the Oxford County Fair starting Sunday, Sept. 7, with copies of the locally made movie, “Barefoot Country Girl,” available for a donation of $15.95.

Donations will support the youth music scholarship project. The booth will be located in the arts exposition building and cast members will be available to visit with the public.

There will be a large display area for cast photos and scenes from the movie as well as a video playing with live scenes from the film, which was made on the Swift River in Byron.
