Actor Tommy Lee Jones alleges in a Los Angeles lawsuit that Paramount Pictures reneged on promised bonuses for his role in "No Country for Old Men."
In his suit, Jones alleges the studio paid him a reduced monetary fee to play Sheriff Ed Tom Bell in "Old Men" with the added promise he would later receive bonuses based on the film's box office success, TMZ.com reports.
Jones alleges he has yet to receive those financial bonuses for the 2007 film, which won an Academy Award for best picture.
The suit seeks $10 million from Paramount, which has yet to comment on the litigation, TMZ.com said.
