Whedon’s ‘Dollhouse’ Temporarily Shuttered
Hollywood’s 20th Century Fox has confirmed Joss Whedon’s new TV drama “Dollhouse” has been put on hold while the show’s creator works out some details.
Whedon is best known for creating the popular TV series “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,”"Angel” and “Firefly.”
“Dollhouse” reunites him with “Buffy” and “Angel” supporting player Eliza Dushku.
“I can confirm the show has shut down filming until Sept. 25 while the writers work on upcoming scripts,” a representative for the studio told E! News.
“Joss asked for some extra time, and because the show was several months away from airing, we were able to grant his request without disrupting our ability to deliver the shows well in advance of broadcast. We still very much believe in Joss and the show, the studio rep said.”
