The Agatha Christie Theatre Company kicks off a week of murder mystery events from Tuesday when the company presents And Then There Were None.

When a group of strangers are invited to a privately owned remote island off the coast of Devon, they discover their host, an eccentric millionaire, is missing.

And what the guests don’t realise is that they all have something in common, a dark secret, which they are unwilling to divulge and which will eventually define their fate.

Agatha Christie’s own stage adaptation of this dark and captivating tale is billed to ‘thrill and enthral’.

Due to ill health, veteran actor Derren Nesbitt is to be replaced by Ray Lonnen.

The show also features Gerald Harper, who is best known for playing the title roles in Adam Adamant Lives and Hadleigh; Alex Ferns well known for his award-winning role as the notorious Trevor in Eastenders; Jennifer Wilson star of the hit TV series The Brothers; and Mark Wynter who has delighted audiences with his all round talent.

The production runs until Saturday at the Princess Theatre, Torquay.
