Ticketsoft Introduces Self-Service Movie Ticket Refunds for Online Ticketing

Ticketsoft software allows customers to refund their online ticket purchase up to one hour before show time. With traditional online ticketing services, refunds are not allowed, and those customer service departments are often understaffed or unreachable. Ticketsoft's custom online ticketing system allows its customers to offer this unique service without adding staff.
