Bally and Zoom Media & Marketing Extend Long-Term Media Agreement
Bally Total Fitness, one of the world's largest fitness organizations, and Zoom Media & Marketing, a leading provider of place-based digital media and advertising programming, announced today a long-term agreement designating Zoom Media as Bally's exclusive provider of customized digital media solutions as well as Bally's exclusive advertising sales & promotional partner.
Under the Agreement, Zoom will engage ClubCom - a subsidiary of Zoom Media & Marketing and the world's leading provider of digital media networks for the fitness industry - to install a Bally digital media network (Bally TV) across each of Bally's 350 locations throughout the United States. The Bally TV Network will provide comprehensive media solutions including overhead audio-visual entertainment, personal entertainment programming, and digital signage. Zoom Media will provide advertisers with systematically integrated advertising and sponsorship opportunities throughout each of the digital programming offerings. Overall, the Bally network will be one of the largest private digital media networks in the United States with more than 10 million monthly viewers captivated for nearly 90 minutes per viewing for a yield of over 180 million annual viewing hours.
The Agreement also extends the term of Zoom Media's existing billboard network across Bally comprised of over 800 illuminated billboards and more than 1,800 static billboards. In addition, Zoom will be Bally's exclusive representative for product sampling and venue-based promotional activities.
