Leon Puts X Factor in Poverty Beating Music Festival Oxjam

X FACTOR winner Leon Jackson is calling on bands and musicians to get involved with charity music festival Oxjam.

Money raised from all events at Oxjam will be used to fight poverty and support Oxfam projects around the world.

The Whitburn-born star said: "Oxjam needs musicians to put on gigs to raise money for Oxfam projects. Every single pound raised counts. Oxjam organisers are looking for musicians from all types of musical backgrounds and tastes to put on gigs and make a difference to the millions of people living in poverty."

All musicians taking part have the chance to play at the Leeds Festival next year. Oxjam performers can submit music online at www.oxfam.org.uk/oxjam
