Red Rock Announces Return to Trading on OTCBB

Red Rock Pictures Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: RRPH), an independent film development, production, finance and prints and advertising (P&A) funding company, announced today that its common stock has returned to trading on the electronic OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol “RRPH”, effective immediately. The Company is current and fully reporting under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and intends to continue to file all reports as required under the Act.

“We are pleased to be back on the OTC Bulletin Board, which now allows us to focus all of our energy on building the business and generating revenue,” said Red Rock Chief Executive Officer Reno Rolle’. “As I have stated before, I feel strongly that the current share price of our stock does not accurately reflect the Company’s true value, nor does it take into account any of the Studio Store Direct potential or opportunities.”
