SAN DIEGO, Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The Yes on 4 campaign has purchased air time tonight on California television stations to debut a new 30-second ad, "Sorry to Burst Your Bubble," which takes direct aim at Planned Parenthood and its so-called "Bubble Ad." The ad will run during broadcasts of the 90-minute Obama-McCain presidential debate at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, scheduled to begin a 6 p.m. Pacific Time.
The new Yes on 4 ad pans into a Planned Parenthood clinic, with floating bubbles that burst as the truth about Planned Parenthood's failure to report the sexual abuse of a 13-year-old California girl by a 39-year-old man is revealed.
Here is a transcript of the ad's text: "A 13-year-old girl was raped over a hundred times by a 39-year-old man. When she got pregnant he took her to Planned Parenthood -- twice. Her mother didn't know. He took her from school for a surgical abortion. Her mother didn't know.
Planned Parenthood never reported this predator. He continued sexually abusing the girl for six more months.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but someone needs to know. Vote Yes on Proposition 4 and help stop child predators." The ad is scheduled to air on the following television stations: San Diego KGTV-10 (ABC) 7:30 p.m. (between debate and commentary) KFMB-8 (CBS) 6 p.m. (start of debate)
KUSI-9 News 9:30 p.m. (between debate and commentary during the delayed 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. re-broadcast of the presidential debate)
Eureka KVIQ CBS-6 approx. 7:30 p.m. The ad has been posted on YouTube and may be viewed by going to: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j3uzjRbVa0o It may also be viewed on the Yes on 4 web site: http://www.yeson4.net/
