For its work with HCL Technologies, Harvard Business Publishing won a Silver CLO Provider Award for Best Content Solution, which distinguishes service providers that worked closely with clients in the previous year to design and implement innovative and effective learning solutions.
"We're pleased to partner with organizations that have such a demonstrated commitment to management and leadership development," said Peter McAteer, managing director and vice president of Harvard Business Publishing's corporate learning division. "These awards are one measure of the link between investments in talent management and business performance, and we congratulate them for this honor."
The editors of Chief Learning Officer magazine created the Learning In Practice awards to recognize learning leaders who have improved performance in their enterprises through a combination of qualities such as leadership, vision, business acumen and strategic alignment. A panel of independent judges, composed of some of the top leaders in the learning industry, evaluates nominations against established criteria. Each nomination is reviewed by three judges, and gold and silver award winners are selected based on judges' scores.
