America’s favorite high school students hit the big screen this time with new music, big dance numbers and a compelling story with all the fun–and big life decisions–senior year has to offer. Champion provided activewear apparel, including jackets and sweatpants, worn by the film’s East High Wildcats.

Fans of the highly anticipated Disney feature film can get replica High School Musical 3-themed apparel from C9 by Champion at select Target Stores inspired by the athletic wear, cheerleader outfits, hooded sweatshirts, T-shirts, and team uniforms worn by Troy, Chad, and the rest of the Wildcats characters.

Last year, Hanesbrands and Champion entered a 10-year alliance with Disney, which includes product co-branding, attraction sponsorships and other brand visibility and signage at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts properties.

The “High School Musical 3″ line from C9 by Champion will offer the following products:

— Fully lined mesh hoodie, available in true white or orange glow

— Wildcats racerback tank, available in true white

— Short sleeve polo, available in true white or orange glow

— Mesh skort, available in orange glow

The “High School Musical” line from C9 by Champion is available in the boys and girls departments at select Target stores for a limited time. Suggest retail prices range from $16.99 to $22.99 per item.

The line of products will be supported by a nationwide marketing campaign that includes national print advertising in teen magazines, online banner ads, point-of-sale placement, a special promotion for elementary and middle school coaches and a national public relations effort.

“These products fit perfectly with our ‘How You Play’ advertising campaign and provides new opportunities to bring the Champion brand into the lives of our consumers,” Edgar said. “We are pleased to build upon our alliance with Disney.”

The Hanesbrands-Disney alliance included the naming rights for Champion Stadium at Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, the nation’s premier amateur sports venue.
