Sweetin: Home is in foreclosure

actress Jodie Sweetin's husband stopped working after their marriage and their California home is in foreclosure, documents allege.
Sweetin, 26, claims in court documents filed in Los Angeles that her husband, Cody Herpin, 31, a film industry driver and transportation coordinator, hasn't found regular work since their marriage 16 months ago, the utilities to their Orange County, Calif., home have been shut off and she fears he will prevent her from seeing their daughter, People reported on its Web site Saturday.
Sweetin filed for legal separation from Herpin last month and in the latest court documents requests a court order allowing her to collect her belongings, clothing and toys for their 7-month-old daughter, Zoie, if Herpin prevents (her) from peacefully taking these items,
the magazine said.
In seeking joint physical custody of Zoie, Sweetin said, I would never deprive (Herpin) of seeing our daughter … However, I believe he is going to try to prevent me from seeing (her).
Herpin, who is seeking sole custody of the girl, told People Sweetin won't talk to him.
