Lane Garrison crash victim seeks cash
A survivor of a 2006 California car crash involving Lane Garrison says the former
Prison Break actor should pay her $25,000.
Michelle Ohana, then 15 years old, was a passenger in a car driven by Garrison that crashed into a tree, killing Vahagn Setian, a 17-year-old Beverly Hills, Calif., High School student. Ohana was severely injured in the crash, spending two months in a wheelchair, TMZ.com reported.
Ohana, in a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles District County Court, is seeking $25,000 from Garrison to pay for lost wages, medical bills and the home nursing care provided to her by her parents.
Garrison was sentenced to 40 months in prison after admitting he was intoxicated and had taken illegal drugs before crashing his Land Rover into a tree in Beverly Hills, the Web site said.
