USBL Creates Sales Affiliate Program

MILFORD, Conn., Dec. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- United States Basketball League (OTC Bulletin Board: USBL) has announced the creation of the USBL Sales Affiliate Program (SAP). The USBL SAP empowers and aids affiliates to sell sponsorships, advertising, and franchises. The program is designed to allow the organization to optimize key networking efficiencies and expand partnership opportunities.

To help launch the new initiative the USBL has partnered with Business Alliance, Incorporated (BAI), an organization specializing in franchise business solutions. BAI's network of over 300 professional sales affiliates around the country will increase penetration and access among targeted investors.

Two introductory conference calls with BAI members and the league have been received well. The commission-based program is generating several qualified leads with at least one candidate already in negotiations for a 2010 expansion team. "Our assertive marketing and sales strategy will become more personalized through the new SAP program," stated USBL President and CEO Daniel Meisenheimer. "With affiliates working closely with the league, investors now have multiple channels available to support them in their decision making process."

John Hodges, Jr., Franchise Service Manager of BAI, acknowledged the impact BAI can have on a company such as the USBL. The company expects to see membership grow to include other organizations throughout the nation similar to BAI in both quality and professionalism. The increase in affiliates will help the USBL attract new investors for expansion teams during all twelve months of the year.
