Media Power Addresses Events Surrounding News of IT Factory’s Insolvency

December 2, 2008
Repost This

NEW YORK, Dec. 2 /PRNewswire/ — Media Power USA, Inc. (“Media Power”), a
provider of proprietary mobile phone software, connecting advertisers directly
to consumers via ARL technology, wishes to address events surrounding
yesterday’s news report of IT Factory’s filing for insolvency protection under
Danish law as well as claims regarding its CEO, Stein Bagger.

Media Power USA, Inc.’s association with IT Factory is through the
operation of its wholly owned subsidiary, eCommerce LLC (“eCommerce”).

Richard Jenkins, Media Power USA, Inc.’s Chief Executive Officer, stated, “We
are surprised and disappointed to learn that IT Factory has ceased operations,
as they were a ‘value added’ partner. We have already been in touch with the
appointed liquidator to inquire about the situation. One of our primary
objectives in dealing with the liquidators will be to assess the opportunity
to purchase select assets and/or other intellectual property of IT Factory.
The working relationship we had with IT Factory represents an extremely viable
business model that we would like to continue aggressively pursuing.” In
closing, Mr. Jenkins went on to state, “Most importantly, we want to ensure
clients that we will continue to support the reselling of the IBM product
suites through our eCommerce subsidiary.”

Media Power USA, Inc. also wishes to address news reports from Denmark
allegedly connecting Media Power USA, Inc. founders with IT Factory and its
CEO. These reports are categorically unfounded and false. All Media Power
USA, Inc. dealings with IT Factory and IBM were conducted under the direct
control of Media Power USA, Inc.’s CEO, Richard Jenkins. We can additionally
confirm that Mr. Carl Freer had no dealings, with IT Factory or its CEO.
