Posted on: Wednesday, 3 December 2008, 07:00 CST
Platform X, is a complete redesign of the original Xtenit Platform, using a proprietary web application system developed and optimized by Xtenit specifically for software as a service (SaaS) applications. The new platform not only contains many usability enhancements and improvements, but will be the basis for multiple new and innovative features and applications to be released in 2009.
"Publishers, newspapers, media companies of all types, and any organization that needs to better manage and distribute content, will benefit from the new features in Platform X," said Brian McFadden CEO of Xtenit. "Platform X takes the Xtenit vision to the next level making it easier than ever for any organization with special content delivery or communications requirements to be accommodated within a SaaS offering and avoid the need for expensive customized software development. "Mr. McFadden further said, "Platform X provides the complete infrastructure needed, as well as a rich set of administrative tools for reporting, tracking, ad management, and subscriber management."
Current Xtenit customers are already benefiting from the enhancements offered with Platform X, and continue to realize significant cost savings and revenue benefits from using the Xtenit Platform over alternative options.
