CBSSports.com to Present Live Webcast of Army-Navy Football Game

CBSSports.com Webcast of the 109th Army-Navy College Football Classic on Saturday, Dec. 6 to be powered by Microsoft Silverlight

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., Dec. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — CBSSports.com, a division of CBS Interactive, announced today that Microsoft Corp. has agreed to sponsor a live Webcast of the CBS Sports broadcast of the 109th Army-Navy football classic. The Army-Navy game, one of the greatest rivalries in all of sports, will be powered by Microsoft Silverlight on CBSSports.com, live from Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pa (12:00 NOON-3:30 PM, ET).

THE NFL TODAY’s studio analyst Boomer Esiason does double duty as he moves from the studio into the booth to serve as game analyst alongside Ian Eagle for the Army-Navy contest. Sam Ryan serves as reporter.

As was previously announced, on Saturday, Dec. 6 CBSSports.com and CBS Sports Mobile will also provide live streaming video of the CBS Sports broadcast of the 2008 SEC CHAMPIONSHIP game between *No. 1-ranked Alabama and *No. 2-ranked Florida from the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, Ga. (4:00 PM, ET) The live Webcast of the 2008 SEC CHAMPIONSHIP is presented free of charge by AT&T.
