Harry to begin Army Air Corps training
Britain's Prince Harry is to start a 2 1/2 year course with the Army Air Corps in January as part of his plan to be a military helicopter pilot.
CNN said the 24-year-old royal, who is the son of Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana, has passed the first stage of his training and is scheduled to start the new course next month, following in the footsteps of his elder brother, Prince William.
If Prince Harry qualifies as an Army Air Corps pilot, he will, like any officer, be available for operational service wherever the AAC flies, said a statement issued by Clarence House to CNN.
