Texas Employment Report: Employee Confidence Index Rises 2.4 Points

Results from the
- The majority of workers (54 percent) are confident in their ability to find a new job, increasing five percentage points from the previous month.
- Sixty-seven percent of workers are confident in the future of their current employer versus 63 percent in October.
- More workers are likely to look for a new job in the next 12 months, with 41 percent reporting that they are likely to do so, compared to 30 percent in October.
