Repost This

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 24 /PRNewswire/ — Men and women agree that
“Transformers 2″‘s Megan Fox will be the sexiest female film star of 2009,
according to a recent moviegoer survey by Fandango, the nation’s leading movie
ticketing destination.

But when it comes to ranking next year’s other stars and upcoming flicks,
men and women picked different choices for the Fandango Hot List.

Ten percent of female respondents chose “Public Enemies”‘ Johnny Depp as
the sexiest man in 2009 movies, while thirteen percent of male respondents
said “Wolverine”‘s Hugh Jackman deserves the honor.

According to female moviegoers, 2009′s two most anticipated blockbusters
are “ Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince”, and the “Twilight” sequel, “New
Moon”. For men, it’s all about “Star Trek” and the “Transformers” sequel.

More than 2,000 fans responded to the survey, which was posted on
Fandango.com in December. Since the Fandango Hot List is focused on next
year’s films, performers whose upcoming movies do not have a 2009 release date
were not included.
