March 1, 2009 - Articles, Segments and Visual entries must have been published between
August 2007 andDecember 2008 - Entries must be in English or translated to English for the purposes of the competition
- Applicants can apply from across the nation, not only
New York - Applicants can submit more than one entry in different categories

All entries will be reviewed by panels of judges from across the country, selected for their impressive credentials and contributions to the industry, including editors, reporters and educators in the fields of journalism, communications and literature.
