Creative Enterprise Solutions Offers ITIL Service Manager Certification in Washington, D.C.

Students will then be given 2 weeks to study and practice the material before reconvening March 09-13 for the Service Delivery session. The case study review session and the two exams will take place April 03-05. Candidates passing both exams will receive a Managers Certificate in IT Service Management.
