NEW YORK, January 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Gameloft, a leading
developer and publisher of video games on mobile phones and consoles,
announced today a licensing agreement with Fox Mobile Entertainment to
develop, publish and distribute the official mobile game of the upcoming Fox
action adventure-comedy Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian. The
mobile game will be on the market in time for the film’s theatrical release
on May 22, 2009.

“We are very excited to create a mobile game based on a film sure to
delight audiences with its setting in the famous Smithsonian Institution,”
explains Gonzague de Vallois, senior vice president of publishing for
Gameloft. “Our official mobile game will be an excellent way to reach a wider
audience and capture the thrill of the upcoming film.”

This is Gameloft’s second collaboration with Fox Mobile Entertainment,
following the release of the mobile game DIE HARD(TM) 4. The original Night
at the Museum film was a box office success, grossing over $500 million
worldwide. The new mobile title will emulate the film’s mix of comedy, action
and adventure, bringing to life famous artifacts from the historic
institution. The Smithsonian is the world’s largest museum complex with more
than 136 million items in its collections, ranging from the plane Amelia
Earhart
flew on her nonstop solo flight across the Atlantic and Al Capone’s rap sheet and mug shot to Dorothy’s ruby red slippers.

“Bearing in mind Gameloft’s expertise in casual gaming, we are confident
this new title will be filled with entertaining and innovative gameplay,”
explains Andrew Stalbow, SVP, Fox Mobile Entertainment. “We look forward to
seeing the excitement and adventure of Night at the Museum: Battle of the
Smithsonian brought to life on mobile phones worldwide.”

Gameloft’s Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian mobile game
will be available on most major carrier decks. Check in at www.gameloft.com
